Review: Silence By Becca Fitzpatrick

The noise between Patch and Nora is gone. They've overcome the secrets riddled in Patch's dark past...bridged two irreconcilable worlds...faced heart-wrenching tests of betrayal, loyalty and trust...and all for a love that will transcend the boundary between heaven and earth. Armed with nothing but their absolute faith in one another, Patch and Nora enter a desperate fight to stop a villain who holds the power to shatter everything they've worked for—and their love—forever.

What has happened to Nora Grey in the last 5 months? Better question, why can’t she seem to remember anything? Even Patch. Nora has woken up at the cemetery, bruised, cut and deathly aware that nothing in her world is right. There is something looming over head, dark shadows, dark figures, and a pair of eyes that seem all too familiar.

She’s told she was kidnapped and her amnesia is only temporary. Nora knows there’s much more to her mysterious kidnapping than anyone lets her believe and she’s on a mission to figure it out. She guarantees it has something to do with her mom’s new boyfriend, Hank Miller.

As she dives deeper into the journey of piecing her life back together, Nora rediscovers old friends and new enemies that lead her down one heck of a dangerous path! As the bridges of her memory slowly start to reassemble, Nora comes to realize there is a war erupting between worlds closer to her than she knows.

Will she chose the right side to fight for or will everything she has ever loved fall through her grasp?

I have to say, the Hush Hush Series NEVER disappoints! SILENCE is the best by far out of the series. Nothing short of pure EPICNESS!

We are captivated and thrown into action from the very first page! There are villains in books. People who do bad things but then there is Hank Miller. Oh, the reason for my beloved Patch’s heartache! There were SO many moments where I wanted to take Patch and do REALLY bad things to him, if you know what I mean. The sexual tension between Nora and Patch were unbearable in Silence and definitely had me turning the pages with lightening speed! I was sad to see Nora’s relationship with Vee faulter a little but I understand why they decided to hide the things they did from each other. Oh and remember Scott? He reappears and I did not find one thing wrong with it. ;) Even though he pales in comparison to Patch, it was funny to see him try. I give him a star for the effort!

Becca Fitzpatrick draws us back into the world of Nora once again with much more action to keep us entertained till the next! Thank god she decided to write another one because I cannot bring myself to say goodbye to these beloved characters just yet!

I give Silence

For keeping my mind occupied with thoughts of a certain fallen angel all night long
